Nukote Coating Systems International (NCSI) is one of the world's leading and most progressive industrial coating manufacturers. Our extensive range of proprietary products includes PURE POLYUREAS, MODIFIED POLYUREAS ,POLYURETHANES and CERAMIC METAL POLYMERS . Each product formulation is designed for a specific application type and its unique performance requirements. Our products are all high performance formulations designed to increase the longevity of our clients' investment in facilities, infrastructure and equipment, eliminate the potential for environmental contamination and increase productivity from their facilities and/or distribution systems.

NCSI currently manufacture these products in our own state of the art plants in the United States of America, the Peoples Republic of China and more recently, in New Zealand at the new Nukote Asia Pacific Ltd joint venture site. Our fourth manufacturing location will be opening in the Middle East in the third quarter of 2007 with a fifth location to open in India in the near future.

Nukote Asia Pacific Ltd, with its principal manufacturing and sales office in Auckland, New Zealand and a regional office in Jakarta, Indonesia, distribute the Nukote range of products to authorised distributors and applicators throughout New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. Key partnerships, with international construction giants such as Fosroc, promote Nukote products into large infrastructure projects. Many key cornerstone projects have been successfully undertaken with NCSI providing materials, trained applicators and supervisors.

The Nukote Asia Pacific joint venture, has incorporated the well regarded local company Polyseal, who have been applying polyureas and other surface treatments and waterproofing systems in demanding applications, for many years. The principals of Polyseal provide a wealth of hands-on experience, not only with polyureas, but with all facets of construction rehabilitation, waterproofing and repair.

NCSI manufactures and distributes high -performance coatings utilizing the latest technology in molecular plastics as well as ceramics to provide a wide range of products from pre-insulated piping systems to waterproofing membranes to coating applications for ultra hot and ultra corrosive application. These products are widely used in pipelines, infrastructure, transportation, manufacturing, and construction throughout Asia and the world. NCSI also manufactures special lathes for automatic pipe coating designed for large-scale pipe manufacturers and installers.

Nukote Quality Control- NCSI blending facilities are designed and operated according to the most recent ISO requirements. The quality control process occurs with formula development, raw material requisition, pre-blending operations, and post-blending pre-delivery. Every batch of material NCS produces is tested to ensure the material meets or exceeds NCSI' technical specifications.

Nukote Research and Development- NCSI employs top industry chemists in both the United States and China. These chemists are currently developing fifth and sixth generation polyureas utilizing the latest in raw material and other advancements to improve physical properties and application while reducing price.
